We currently do not offer refunds.

However, we do provide exchanges under the following condition:

If the size or fit is incorrect, you are eligible for an exchange.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid unboxing video may be required for verification

We do not offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations (due to lighting/screens)
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Share your Order ID + issue details
  • Our team will verify and approve your request
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process

  • Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchange
  • Exchange will be processed only after the product is received and inspected
